Items may be returned in original purchase condition (only tried on for fit or sizing) and packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Instructions

Affix the RETURN shipping label included with your original order to sealed package and drop at a Canada Post Office near you. Make note of the Canada Post tracking number in case you need to track your package at https://www.canadapost.ca/

After inspecting your return, we will issue a refund for the merchandise (including any applicable sales tax) to the original payment method used. Please allow 2-3 weeks for the processing of your refund. Shipping charges are not refunded. 

EXCHANGE POLICY

The best way to exchange an order is to simply place a new order for the item you want and return the item you already have.

Please Note:

All returns or exchanges are subject to inspection. All packages, including original containers, must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner.

We can only accept returns or exchanges from purchases made on www.sockwellcanada.com. If you made a purchase from an independent retailer or another online retailer, please return the product to the store from which you purchased, under the guidelines of their return policy.

Items purchased on www.sockwellcanada.com cannot be returned to an independent retailer or another online retailer.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE A PRODUCT(S)?

Returns and Exchanges don't cost a thing. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return or exchange it free of charge within 30 days of delivery. Please make sure to follow our guidelines on how to return a product. Shipping charges are not refunded.

For your convenience, we offer complimentary return shipping on your initial order. However, please note that additional returned orders will incur a $9.99 return fee, which will be deducted from any refund issued. This policy ensures a smooth and efficient return process for all our valued customers.

Returning without Canada Post: If you decide not to use Canada post, you can ship your return package at your own expense with any other traceable shipping service. Please call our customer service team and they can provide detailed instructions to you on how best to return your product.

WHEN WILL YOU RECEIVE MY RETURN PACKAGE?

After you drop off your return package at the local drop off point, it can take 2 - 5 business days for the package to get to our warehouse. Unfortunately, we cannot control how long it will take for your returned products to be delivered back to us. As soon as your return package arrives at our warehouse, you will receive an email to confirm that we have received your order.
